Each player is permitted to hold only one active pjtaya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. If you have lost access to your account, contact pjtaya support rather than creating a new one.
All deposits and withdrawals on pjtaya are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. pjtaya does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active pjtaya account. pjtaya accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
All funds deposited into your pjtaya wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. pjtaya reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
pjtaya does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your pjtaya wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pjtaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are not using pjtaya for any money laundering purpose.
Withdrawal requests on pjtaya are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. pjtaya does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day. pjtaya reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7. pjtaya reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
pjtaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pjtaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the pjtaya Platform — including but not limited to the pjtaya brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pjtaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pjtaya Platform without the prior written consent of pjtaya.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pjtaya reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
